Covid-19 Updates
I am taking extra steps to ensure my clients safety.
Appointments will be scheduled with a one hour space between them to ensure time to fully clean and reset the room. I will wear a mask during your appointment and will ask that clients also wear a mask.
I have a new HEPA air purifier with UV-C light sanitizer for my treatment room.
You will be asked to reply to a screening questionnaire before coming in for your appointment. (Example below)

New loss of taste or smell
Please note: Other less common symptoms have been reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
I agree that I have not:

Tested positive for COVID-19

Knowingly been exposed to someone with COVID-19

Recently traveled to an area with a high infection rate

Been in an area where social distancing was not properly observed

Been to a nursing home
